Koran Writing Appears On Baby's Body
A nine month old boy left doctors baffled in Russia when verses from the Koran began appearing on his body, face, legs and skin. These writings from the Islamic holy book are believed to appear randomly before fading away and being replaced with new writings.
Ali's parents were left stunned after the word Allah appeared on the chin of Ali Yakubov soon after his birth. After that scores of writings in the Arabic script have appeared almost all over his body.
Medics are denying that the letterings are from someone writing on the boy's skin.
The boy's mother, Madina Yakubov, said that she and her husband were not religious until the expressions started appearing on his skin.
Ever since this phenomenon started, the boy has turn into a focus of Muslim homage in his home province of Dagestan, close to war-ravaged Chechnya in southern Russia.
Local MP Akhmedpasha Amiralaev said: "This boy is a pure sign of God. Allah sent him to Dagestan in order to stop revolts and tension in our republic."
The baby boy's mother said: "Normally those signs appear twice a week - on Mondays and on the nights between Thursdays and Fridays.
"Ali always feels bad when it is happening. He cries and his temperature goes up.
"It's impossible to hold him when it's happening, his body is actively moving, so we put him into his cradle. It's so hard to watch him suffering."

Update:
December 9th, 2009. It seems as if this story has vanished off the face of the planet. I have searched all the major news sources and none have reported any new developments after November 1st.
Let us not resort to making assumptions as to why the family has gone silent all of a sudden, but rather pray for the little boy, Ali Yakubov, and hope he is in good health.
If anything does pop up regarding this, I'll be sure to post an update on this page.

"The inscriptions appear on Mondays and Fridays, the boy runs very high
temperature and cries. The inscriptions gradually disappear after three
days and then new ones appear," the mother said.
The parents said they did not tell anyone about this until they saw one phrase saying 'Show these signs to people.' The woman added that
Ali was her second child, and this never happened to her first-born daughter.
A representative of Dagestan Spiritual Governance for Muslims did not
provide any comments. He said he was surprised like everybody else.
The imam of the village musk believes that these signs are "God's signs."
The parents may not have used any substances or medications, if the
child suffers from urticarial dermographism, also known as skin
writing, - a skin disorder that occurs with five percent of the
nation's population. It is one of the most common types of urticaria,
in which the skin becomes raised and inflamed when stroked or rubbed
with a dull object. Therefore, if the child has such a disorder,
writing anything on his skin is a piece of cake.
"Some people suffering from gastric pathologies have extremely
sensitive skin. If you draw something on their skin with a little
stick, for example, the drawing will later appear," Ludmila Luss said.
In the meantime, the clergy of the Northern Caucasus do not doubt that the boy is a divine phenomenon.

It would appear on monday or between thurday and friday night.My in-laws were advised by a wise man not to show to people or let others know.Let this be a warning to all the disbelievers!

Lee, I'm a muslim and I don't believe on judgement day we have the right to kill anyone and non-muslims. Where are you getting these "facts" from? Cos they are pure crap tbh, and I'm sure no-one else here believes it either.

In chapter 5, verse 32 you will find an answer to your question: Is it allowed to kill an innocent person if they are not muslim?
"...if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs, evidences, and signs, even then after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allâh by committing the major sins) in the land!"
I hope this answers your question! As mulsims we are under no circumstances allowed to kill innocent individuals. Why? Because our prophet MUHAMMAD never did that. Furthermore, the punishment for one that does kill an innocent individual is hell (as quoted in the quran).
Moreover, the verse below orders how a muslim should be toward a non muslim:
Allâh does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion and did not drive you out of your homes. Verily, Allâh loves those who deal with equity. (Al-Mumtahinah, chapetr 60, verse 8).

Alot of people believe that muslims are out to kill non muslims and alot of people justify this by cherry picking quotes from the quran without the full verse and also claiming that the quran contradicts itself many times. We need to understand that the quran has been written through eras of war and peace, so ofcourse if you then compare verses from 2 different situation they will contradict. Nearly all major religions talk about self defence when your religion is under threat. Under the Islamic empire many Muslim, Jew and Christian Scientists and Scholars worked cooperatively and shared knowledge living in peace and harmony. Yes there are terrorists out there that preach Islam wrongly but I encourage Muslims to find out about your relligion so you can give answers to non muslims when they confront you with these questions as only one brother had responded to Lee's question.

Aadil that is one of my main concerns as well, whether the boy and his family are ok; you never know in today's day and age, anything could have happened, especially with the hundreds of people that went to their house to see Ali. Hello Amirul, thanks for stopping by. I too have searched frantically for more recent news about this boy but the last report was in 2009. I found that strange so I researched the story a little more.
I found that there is a skin condition called Dermographism in which the skin becomes inflamed (and looks more red than normal) when stroked with a dull object. Surprisingly (unsurprisingly?),the region where Ali Yakubov lives is known to have a high percentage of cases of dermographism.

Dear All. It is not the tradition of Allah the Almighty to send messages to people through writings on a child's body. For a miracle look no further than Quran itself. Why do we need new signs like these. The signs of Allah are explicit in all His creations, with or without writing.
Please also note that Quran did not have the punctuation marks till several years later, so for a writing to appear in a partcular for of calligraphy means there is someone playing with the feelings of simple Muslims.
